Frequently asked questions

  • The name Deep Rest Club reflects our belief that when you take time to cut through the noise and understand your authentic self, you unlock a deeper sense of clarity, purpose, and rest - helping you show up at your best in work and life. We all have different “cups” to fill to feel balanced and fulfilled. Our role is to help you understand and honour your authentic self, so you can focus your energy with intention.

  • Coaching is a learning experience. It’s a space to slow down, reflect, and gain clarity on what truly matters. Together, we explore your strengths, patterns, and values to deepen self-awareness and support intentional decision-making. From there, we turn insight into action; helping you move forward with confidence and accountability.

  • Each session lasts 55 minutes.

  • This depends on your goals. Most clients engage in 5–7 sessions to make meaningful progress on a specific focus area, though this varies from person to person.

  • Pricing varies for individuals and business partnerships. Please get in touch for a tailored quote.

  • Your coach creates a supportive, non-judgmental space, asks thoughtful questions, and replays back what you’re working through. This helps you build insight, challenge assumptions, and take meaningful steps towards your goals.

  • Your role is to show up openly and honestly,  make space for reflection, and commit to your next steps. Coaching is a partnership; your coach guides the process, but the real work, and the results that follow, are yours.

  • AI supports coaching with prompts, reflections, or structure for action plans, but it doesn’t replace the human connection at the heart of coaching. A coach brings presence, empathy, intuition, and real-time understanding, helping you explore your thoughts in a deeper, more nuanced way. Coaching isn’t just about the words you say; it’s about tone, energy, body language, and what remains unspoken. Think of AI as a useful assistant, while your coach is your partner in growth, helping you surface meaningful insight, courage, and lasting change.

  • Both offer supportive spaces for growth and reflection. Therapy often explores the past to support healing and understanding. Coaching focuses on the present and future, helping you build awareness and take intentional action towards your goals.

  • Your wellbeing always comes first. If another form of support would be more appropriate, we’ll discuss this openly and help guide you towards the right option.

  • No. In a world of constant content, we choose not to add to the noise. We can, however, recommend high-quality resources, from books to podcasts, to support your coaching journey.

  • We’d love to hear from you. Please get in touch here.
